Overview
SHENYANGTIANXING W-20a Webster Hardness Tester is a model in the W-20 series designed to inspect industrial Aluminum profiles, sheets and parts up to 13mm thick. This instrument can quickly test aluminum alloy Hardness on the production site and is the preferred instrument for inspection of the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy profiles.
Features
1. The pressure needle is made of imported special steel material, which has high Hardness, good toughness, long life and good interchangeability. Encasement imported from Germany provides comprehensive protection.
2. The pointer assembly has high strength and is not easy to bend and deform after long-term use or wrong operation.
3. The table window is made of high strength and high toughness Glass, which is not easy to break due to Impact.
4. The handle is forged aluminum alloy material, anodic oxidation treatment, beautiful, wear-resistant and pollution-resistant.
5. Hardness block using standard Rockwell hardness tester strict degree, laser etching number and Hardness value, Traceability data can be checked, surface roughness and Smoothness meet the requirements of the regulations.
6. Fine parts processing, precision machine assembly and strict mass inspection ensure high mass.
7. Stability is good, the fullness point and correction point are stable, and the pointer does not "crawl".
8. The conversion is convenient. The Wechsler Hardness value can be converted into Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell and other Hardness values through the manual conversion table or mobile phone application.
9. Good portability, equipped with high-mass portable instrument case and buffer sponge, providing portability and protection.
Principle
Webster Hardness Tester Quickly detects Hardness by applying pressure to a specimen, measuring Clearance Depth or related parameters, and is suitable for field non-Destructiveness testing.
Applications
Aluminum profile, aluminum sheet, aluminum parts, softer metal
Standards
Measurement verification procedure
Steps
Prepare the sample to ensure that the thickness does not exceed 13mm.
2. Use a calibration wrench for instrument calibration.
3. Point the crimp at the specimen and apply pressure.
4. Read the Wechsler Hardness value on the dial.
5. For conversion, refer to the manual or mobile app to convert the Wechsler Hardness value to the Miscellaneous Hardness value.
