QCJ-II film Impact device is designed and manufactured with reference to GB/T1732-93 standard and foreign congeneric products. It uses the weight of the heavy hammer at different heights to test the degree of film damage with the impact force generated by free fall. Principle

The Impact device uses the weight of the weight at different heights to the impact force generated by free fall to test the degree of film damage.

Steps

1. Place the quilt on the Impact baseplate 2. Loosen the two screws on the sleeve ring and adjust it to the required Impact height (subject to the lower edge of the sleeve ring) 3. Hold the handle on the sleeve ring with your left hand and turn to the right to make the openings of the three rings uniform 4. Hold the weight handle with your right hand and lift the weight up so that the weight handle is embedded in the opening of the ring 5. Then turn the sleeve ring to the left to fix the weight 6. When impacting, turn the sleeve ring right, and the weight will impact the punch in a free fall 7. Remove the test plate and record the height of the weight falling 8. Observe with magnifying glass to determine whether there is crazing flaking and other phenomena
