YIHENG SX2-5-12N box type resistance furnace is a box type muffle furnace for high temperature processing, elemental analysis and high temperature heating. Principle
The box type resistance furnace generates high temperature through the heating element (nickel-chromium wire), and the workpiece is heated in a closed furnace. The microcomputer PID controller precisely controls the temperature to ensure the Stability and accuracy of the heating process.
Applications
Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions as chemical element analysis and small steel quenching, annealing, tempering and other high temperature heat treatment; can also be metal, stone, ceramic sintering, dissolving, analysis and other high temperature heating treatment
Steps
1. Connect the 380V 50Hz power supply
2. Set the required temperature through the microcomputer PID controller
3. Put the workpiece into the furnace (furnace size 200 * 300 * 120mm)
4. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good
5. Start the heating program
6. After the processing is completed, take out the workpiece after the furnace body is chilled down
