Overview
BOZHEN BZ-5-12P program temperature control muffle furnace adopts overall design and humanized menu design, equipped with LCD program control instrument, with high luminance, wide window digital display, clear and intuitive indication. The product adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology, with 30-segment programming setting function, suitable for complex experimental processes, microcomputer intelligent control solves the temperature overshoot and other drawbacks, and the temperature control effect is good. After setting the temperature, the instrument can control heating and thermostatic by itself, the temperature control is accurate and stable, and has fault sound and light alarm and over-temperature sound and light alarm function, automatically cut off the heating output.

Principle
The muffle furnace adopts a PID Control system for temperature measurement through K-indexing nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple. The microcomputer intelligent control instrument automatically controls the heating process according to the setting program to achieve accurate temperature control. When the temperature exceeds the set range, the over-temperature protection device will trigger a sound and light alarm and automatically cut off the heating output to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature parameters
2. Select or program 30 segment Program settings
3. Start the equipment, the instrument automatically controls the heating process
4. Automatic thermostatic operation of equipment
5. Turn off the equipment after completing the process

• Power supply voltage 380V 50Hz before use
• Pay attention to whether the over-temperature protection function is normal
• Regularly check Thermocouple and terminal status
• Pay attention to ventilating heat when the equipment is running
