AISRY ASR-50L-60 programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine is a test equipment used to simulate various temperature and humidity environments. Principle
The device adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller controls the SSR (solid state relay) to equilibrate the heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification and other output power of the temperature and humidity system in a multi-stage intelligent output mode, so as to ensure the full stability of the temperature and humidity in the test chamber. The system has an energy-saving function, which can effectively reduce the power of the instrument and ensure long-term accurate and stable operation.

Steps
1. Perform human-machine interaction operation through 7-inch color touch screen controller, which can be switched between Chinese and English.
2. Edit the test program on the controller, allowing at least 5 segments of temperature, humidity, and time parameters to be entered per page, with a maximum of 120 programs to be edited.
3. Set parameters such as temperature, humidity, and time, and the controller is equipped with 9 sets of P.I.D parameter settings and automatic calculation functions.
4. Start the program, the device starts to run, and the screen can display the execution program number, segment number, remaining time, number of cycles and program Linear dispersion in real time.
5. During operation, the sample status in the box can be observed through the observation window.
6. After the test is completed, the device is stopped according to the program or manually.
Notice
The operating voltage of the instrument is 220V/50HZ, and the allowable voltage variation is +/- 10%.
The maximum power is 5kW, please ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements.
* The working environment temperature is recommended to be between 0 and 30 ° C to ensure the best performance of the equipment.
Miscellaneous items cannot be placed within 60CM of the instrument to ensure heat dissipation and air circulation.
The installation ground should be flat and free from serious tilt.
The equipment has comprehensive protection functions. If there is a fault alarm, please check the cause according to the screen prompt information, and do not force it to run.
* When adding water, please use the drawer-type water filling box provided by the equipment, and pay attention to the water quality. The equipment is equipped with an filtrate system, but clean water is still recommended.
* When conducting low temperature tests, the humidification system adopts a split design to avoid freezing, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the operating status.
A 50mm diameter test hole is reserved on the left side of the equipment. Please pay attention to the protection of the wiring harness when using it.
* The maximum load-bearing capacity of the shelf is 20KG, and the maximum can be placed in 4 layers (the layer spacing is adjustable). Please do not overload.
