Overview
CUIYUAN 27 Dyne pen can be customized according to actual needs, including special requirements such as ink Color, tip shape and size. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminization processes, effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials.
Features
1. Support customized services, including special needs such as ink Color, pen shape and size
2. Can accurately test the material surface tension value
3. Suitable for multi-material testing
4. Provide two specifications of pen and bottle
5. Bottles offer a variety of capacity specifications: 10ml, 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml
Principle
Dyne pen contacts the surface of the material through the tip, and judges whether the surface tension of the material reaches the calibration value of the test pen according to the spread of the ink on the surface of the material. When the surface tension of the material reaches or exceeds the test pen value, the ink will spread evenly; if it is lower than the test pen value, the ink will cissing into droplets.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Standards
Compliance with standards is not mentioned in the product literature
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Dyne pen
2. Scribe on the surface of the material to be tested
3. Observe the spread of ink on the surface of the material
4. Determine whether the surface tension of the material is up to standard
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the material is clean and drying before use
• Select the appropriate Dyne pen value according to the test requirements
• The test should be carried out at the level of the material
• Cover the pen cap tightly in time after use to prevent ink evaporation
• Different materials should be selected with appropriate test pens
