Principle
Dyne pen applies the test liquid on the surface of the material by applying the test liquid to determine whether the surface tension of the material reaches the nominal value of the pen according to whether the test liquid forms a continuous liquid film. If the test liquid cissing into droplets, it indicates that the surface tension is insufficient; if a uniform liquid film is formed, the surface tension reaches the standard.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate nominal Dyne pen
2. Apply the test solution smoothly on the surface of the material to be tested
3. Observe the morphological changes of the test solution within 2 seconds
4. If the test liquid forms a continuous liquid film, it indicates that the surface tension is up to standard; if the cissing into droplets, the surface tension is insufficient
Notice
Make sure the surface of the material is clean and free of contamination before testing
• When applying the test solution, keep the tip at a 45-degree angle to the surface
• The observation time is controlled within 2 seconds
• Different materials need to choose test pens with corresponding nominal values
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin
• Cover the pen cap tightly in time after use to prevent ink evaporation
