Overview
CUIYUAN Type 54 Dyne pen can be customized according to actual needs, including special requirements such as ink Color, tip shape and size. Dyne pen (liquid) can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials.
Features
1. Support customized services, including special needs such as ink Color, pen shape and size
2. Provide two specifications: pen and bottle, and the bottle capacity is optional from 10ml to 500ml
3. Ink Color includes red, blue and custom special colors (such as white, black, etc.)
4. Suitable for a variety of material surface tension test, not limited to Plastic film
Principle
Dyne pen applies the test liquid on the surface of the material through the tip, and judges whether the surface tension reaches the calibration value of the test pen according to the spread of the test liquid on the surface of the material. If the test liquid is spread evenly, it indicates that the surface tension is up to standard; if the cissing is a droplet, the surface tension is insufficient.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Make sure the test surface is clean and drying
2. Place Dyne pen vertically on the test surface
3. Gently press the tip of the pen to apply the test solution evenly
4. Observe the spread of the test liquid on the surface
5. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard according to the spreading state
Notice
Make sure the surface of the material is clean and free of contamination before testing
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin
• Cover the pen cap tightly in time after use to prevent ink evaporation
• Dyne pens of different specifications should correspond to the corresponding surface tension value
• The test environment should be maintained at a suitable temperature and humidity
