Overview
The Dyne pen (model 59) can be customized according to actual needs, including special needs such as ink Color, tip shape and size. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses.
Features
1. Support customized services, including special needs such as ink Color, pen shape and size
2. Provide two specifications: sub-pen and bottle, bottle capacity includes 10ml, 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml
3. Ink Color can be selected from red, blue and custom special colors (such as white, black, etc.)
4. Can accurately test the surface tension of various materials, a wide range of applications
Principle
Dyne pen applies the test liquid on the surface of the material by applying the test liquid to determine whether the surface tension of the material reaches the calibration value of the test pen according to whether the test liquid is evenly spread or cissing. If the test liquid is evenly spread, it indicates that the surface tension reaches the standard; if the cissing forms a droplet, the surface tension is insufficient.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Standards
Product information does not mention compliance with standards
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Dyne pen
2. Apply the test solution smoothly on the surface of the material to be tested
3. Observe the spread of the test liquid on the surface of the material
4. If the test liquid spreads evenly within 2 seconds, it indicates that the surface tension is up to standard; if the cissing into droplets, the surface tension is insufficient
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the material is clean and drying before testing
• The test solution should be applied smoothly and evenly
• The observation time is controlled within 2 seconds
• Different materials should choose the appropriate Dyne pen value
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin
• Cover the pen cap tightly in time after use to prevent volatilization
