Principle
Dyne pen determines the effect of material surface preparation by testing whether the surface tension of the material reaches the value of the test pen. When the pen liquid forms a continuous liquid film on the surface of the material, it indicates that the surface tension reaches or exceeds the calibration value of the pen; if the pen liquid cissing into droplets, the surface tension is insufficient.

Steps
