HUDA QT-E702-408K60 programmable humidity chamber is mainly used to simulate the harsh high temperature, low temperature or heat and humidity environment that may be encountered during transportation, storage and use of electronic Instruments, new materials, electricians, vehicles, metals, electronic products, aerospace materials, etc.; or under high temperature, low temperature, heat and humidity alternating environment, inspection materials, accessories or instruments are resistant to high temperature, cold, moisture and heat performance and possible damage life reduction.
Features
1. The box adopts SUS304 #stainless steel inner box and Cold rolled steel plate paint outer box, which has the advantages of acid resistance, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning
2. The thermal insulation system is filled with ultra-fine fiberglass, and the box door sealing is made of refined silicone rubber, which effectively reduces the temperature conduction
3. The refrigeration system adopts French Taikang Compressor and American DuPont environmental protection refrigerant, and adopts binary low temperature circuit system design
4. The heating adopts nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wire, and the humidity adopts stainless steel tube with built-in nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wire
5. The control system uses a precision liquid crystal display programmable temperature controller with multiple sets of multi-stage programming operation functions
6. The protection system includes all-round protection such as overtemperature of the overall equipment, overheating protection of the fan, underphase/reverse phase, and overload of the refrigeration system

Principle
The equipment adopts P.I.D + S.S.R system co-channel coordinated control through temperature and humidity control, and has automatic calculation function, which can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions. The temperature control adopts thermal equilibrate temperature regulation mode, and the refrigeration unit adopts binary low temperature circuit system design, which is convenient for different temperature domains to use different Compressors for work. The heating and humidification systems are completely independent, and the humidity has an automatic water replenishment device.

Steps
1. Move the machine to the designated position through the bottom PU movable wheel and fix the casters
2. Set test parameters and procedures through the touch setting interface
3. Place the sample on a sample rack with adjustable spacing to ensure uniform load-bearing distribution
4. Start the device to run, you can choose the program mode or the setting mode
5. Monitor the test process through observation windows and data displays
6. Test data can be stored and transferred via USB interface or SD card
7. Stop the machine according to the set procedure after the test
Notice
• Samples should be evenly distributed on the sample rack according to the load bearing ☺ 20kg
• Before use, make sure that the power supply voltage of the equipment is 380V, and the rated current is 18A.
• Pay attention to the status of the equipment protection system, and automatically shut down in case of fault alarm
