Principle
The device realizes Spreader through a scraper combined with an automatic inking system, uses vacuum adsorption to fix the substrate, and ensures the Spreader effect by precisely controlling the Spreader speed and the pressure applied to the film applicator. The feeding system adopts the principle of outflow of air source pressure, and controls the amount of material by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port to realize reciprocating linear motion feeding.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the vacuum adsorption plate
2. Set Spreader parameters (speed, travel, etc.) through the touch screen
3. Load the Coatings into the filling drum and adjust the air pressure
4. Start Device Auto Spreader
5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader

• Make sure the air source pressure is 0.6Mpa before use
• The maximum pressure of the feeding drum is 8Mpa, do not use it under overpressure
• Regularly check safety devices such as safety valves and pressure regulators
• Select the corresponding accessories according to the substrate Film thickness
• Customized functions need to confirm technical parameters in advance
