Overview
The UK RK KHC 11.7 Applicator rod adopts a wire-wound molding process, which can Spreader 80 micron wet film thickness, and one end of the rod is a brown glue head. The Applicator rod has an effective application width of 25.5cm and a rod diameter of 0.9cm. It is not only suitable for conventional Spreader operation, but also can be used for scraping sample comparison experiments. One Spreader can coat two or more Coatings at the same time, which is an ideal tool for sample comparison. It works better with RK Drawdown Plate.
Features
1. Using wire-wound molding process
2. Spreader 80 micron wet film thickness
3. One end is provided with a brown rubber head for easy holding
4. Effective application width of 25.5cm
5. Suitable for scraping sample comparison experiments
6. One Spreader Can Apply Multiple Coatings Simultaneously
7. Better with RK Drawdown Plate
Principle
Applicator rods are manufactured by a wire-wound molding process, using the wire-wound structure on the surface of the rod to control the coating thickness. When scraping on the surface of the substrate, the wire-wound gap determines that the wet film thickness is 80 microns, achieving accurate Spreader effect.
Applications
Coating Spreader, Scraping Sample Comparison Experiment, Sample Comparison
