KESIONOTS KS-OTS-HD1000LC low/high temperature test chamber, also known as environmental test chamber, is suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is used for parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products to inspect various performance indicators under high temperature and low temperature (alternating) cycle changes, and support product design, improvement, identification and inspection, such as aging test.

Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber realizes temperature control through the refrigeration system and heating system, and simulates the high temperature and low temperature environment in a closed studio. The equipment adopts two-stage Compressor and air and water-cooled refrigeration mode, and cooperates with high temperature resistance and high density chlorine-based formic acid vinegar foam insulator material to keep warm to ensure temperature uniformity and Stability. The controller system precisely adjusts the temperature change to achieve high temperature, low temperature and constant temperature and heat test.

Steps
1. Connect power supply: 220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz power supply according to equipment requirements
2. Set parameters: Temperature range and time required by the controller system
3. Place the sample: place the parts or materials to be tested in the studio
4. Start-up test: run the equipment for high temperature, low temperature or alternating cycle testing
5. Monitoring process: observe the test status through the viewing window and fault warning system
6. End the test: stop the equipment after reaching the set time and take out the sample
Notice
• Check whether the Power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements before use
• Ensure that protective devices such as no fuse switch, Compressor overload protection switch, etc. work normally
• Regularly check the refrigerant high and low voltage protection switch and ultra-humidity over-temperature protection switch
• Keep the studio clean to avoid foreign objects affecting temperature uniformity
• Pay attention to high temperature and low temperature protection during operation to avoid burns or frostbite
• Regularly change the wet and dry bulb gauze to ensure the accuracy of humidity measurement
• Immediately stop using the equipment when it fails and contact a professional for repair
