Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber realizes temperature control through the refrigeration system and the heating system, simulating the high temperature and low temperature environment in a closed working room. The equipment uses air and water-cooled double-stage Compressor for refrigeration, combined with high temperature insulation materials to maintain temperature stability, and the controller precisely adjusts the temperature change to inspect the performance of the product under the temperature cycle. For example, in the aging test, one day of testing at 70 ° C is theoretically equivalent to 6 months of atmospheric exposure.

Steps
1. Connect power supply: 220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz power supply according to specifications
2. Set parameters: Use the controller to set Temperature range, time and other test conditions
3. Place the sample: put the product to be tested into the studio to ensure safety
4. Start-up test: run the equipment for high and low temperature cycle testing
5. Monitoring process: observe the test status through the viewing window and warning system
6. End the test: After completing the test, turn off the equipment and remove the sample
