KESIONOTS KS-OTS-HD80LD low/high temperature test chamber, also known as environmental test chamber, is suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is used for parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products under the condition of high temperature and low temperature (alternating) cycle changes, inspection of its performance indicators to carry out product design, improvement, identification and inspection, such as aging test.

Principle
Low/high temperature test chamber precisely adjusts the temperature in the box through the control system, and reliability tests the product under the environment of high temperature and low temperature (alternating) cyclic changes. The equipment realizes temperature control through the refrigeration system and heating system to promote the change of product material performance. For example, one day of testing at 70 ° C in the aging test is theoretically equivalent to 6 months of exposure to the atmosphere.

Steps
Connect the power supply (1 220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 3 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz).
2. Set the required temperature parameters (Temperature range -20~ 150 ℃).
3. Place the sample to be tested in the working room (size 400 * 500 * 400mm).
4. Start the equipment for high temperature, low temperature or alternating cycle testing.
5. Observe the test process through the viewing window.
6. After the test is completed, remove the sample and record the data.
