Overview
QLH-500 (250 ℃) ventilation aging test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for the heat resistance test of electrical insulation materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products. The box is made of high-quality materials and advanced technology, with precise temperature control and uniform hot air circulation system.
Features
1. The box body is processed and formed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
2. The liner is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate argon arc welding.
3. The shell is sprayed with A3 steel plate, Appearance, texture and cleanliness are good.
4. Adopt an intelligent program microcomputer controller with temperature control protection and timing functions for accurate and reliable temperature control.
5. Equipped with a large observation window with lighting, tempered Glass is used to facilitate clear observation of the situation in the box.
6. The hot air circulation system is composed of high temperature resistant fans and special air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
7. The device is equipped with a low Rotation speed turntable.
8. Safety protection with multiple functions, such as leakage, short circuit, over temperature, motor overheating, over current protection.
Principle
The test chamber precisely sets and controls the temperature through the microcomputer integrated controller. The high temperature and low noise motor drives the multi-leaf centrifugal wind wheel to form a forced hot air circulation, so that the temperature in the working room remains uniform. At the same time, the equipment can be ventilated according to the setting, simulating the aging environment, and performing heat resistance and aging tests on the sample.
Applications
Electrical insulation material heat resistance test, electronic parts ventilation aging test, plasticized products ventilation aging test
Standards
GJB7444-94 "Hot air aging test chamber", GB/T3512-2014, GB/T7141-2008, GBT 2951.42-2008, GB/T 2951.11 - 2008
Steps
1. Place the sample on the turntable in the box.
2. Close the box door and turn on the power supply.
3. Set the required test temperature, ventilation time and ventilation rate through the microcomputer controller.
4. Set the test timing time (adjustable from 0 to 9999 minutes or hours).
5. Start the equipment and start the test.
6. During the test, the conditions in the box can be observed through the observation window.
7. The test stops automatically after reaching the set time, or it can be stopped manually.
8. After the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range, remove the sample.
Notice
Equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated environment free of flammable and explosive materials.
• Power supply voltage must meet the requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system).
• When placing the sample, ensure that it does not hinder the hot air circulation and turntable operation.
• During the test, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting Temperature uniformity and test results.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the surface and interior of the box to prevent burns.
• Regularly check whether the electrical parts of the equipment and Safety protection devices are normal.
• When cleaning the box, please disconnect the power supply and wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• If there is a fault alarm, it should be stopped immediately and checked, and it can be used after troubleshooting.
