Principle
The Viscometer works on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement. The motor drives the rotor at a uniform speed swirl/spin in the sample, and the Tack resistance to the rotor forms torque. The instrument measures this torque value, combines the rotor specification and speed, and calculates the viscosity value of the sample through internal calculation, and synchronously calculates the relevant parameters such as shear rate and shear stress.

Steps
1. Connect the power adapter and turn it on.
2. Select the appropriate rotor according to the estimated viscosity value and install it.
3. Immerse the rotor into the sample to be tested to the specified marking line.
4. Set the required speed through the instrument panel or software.
5. Start the measurement, and record or automatically collect the data through the software after the reading is stable.
6. After the measurement is completed, clean the rotor and shut down.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the input voltage of the power adapter matches the local power grid (input 100~ 240V, 50~ 60Hz).
• When selecting a rotor, ensure that the estimated sample viscosity is within the measurable range of the rotor and rotational speed combination.
• Be careful when immersing the rotor to avoid touching the wall or bottom of the container, so as not to affect the Measurement accuracy.
• When measuring different samples, be sure to clean the rotor thoroughly to prevent cross-contamination.
• When not in use for a long time, please keep the instrument and accessories properly.
