Overview
Shanghai JINGTIAN HBDV-1 digital display Rotational Viscometer is a wide range of precision measuring instrument, its LCD screen can display viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the selected rotor at the current speed can be measured maximum viscosity value and many other parameters. The product is equipped with program-controlled download software, which can realize computer programming and parameter download.

Principle
The Viscometer works based on the principle of swirl/spin. The motor drives the selected rotor to swirl/spin at a constant speed in the sample. Tack resistance to the rotor forms a torque, which the Sensor detects and converts into viscosity data. Through the program-controlled download software, the user can program the test on the computer and download it to the Viscometer for automated measurement.

Steps
1. Connect the Viscometer to the computer, install and run the program-controlled download software.
2. Write test programs in the software to set parameters such as speed and rotor.
3. Download the test parameters to the HBDV-1 Viscometer.
4. Install the appropriate rotor according to the measurement requirements.
5. Immerse the rotor into the sample to be tested at the designated mark.
6. Start the Viscometer to start the measurement and read the data on the LCD screen.
Notice
• Please use a dedicated power adapter (input 100~ 240V, 50~ 60Hz).
• When selecting a rotor, pay attention to its maximum measurable viscosity value at the corresponding speed.
• Make sure the rotor is clean and installed correctly, and the immersion depth meets the requirements.
Prior to measurement, the sample should be at a stable test temperature.
