It is also a dedicated device for circuit board maintenance, which can quickly locate leakage, short circuit and other failure points, and can be used for component detection and overheat protection capability testing.

Principle
The thermal field distribution of the circuit board is detected by thermal imagery technology. When the circuit board has a leakage or short circuit fault, an abnormal temperature rise will occur. Thermal Analyzer can visualize the abnormal temperature rise, so as to quickly locate the location of the faulty device.

Steps
1. Connect the device to the computer USB port
2. Turn on the power switch (turn on for 1 second)
3. Adjust the bracket knob to adjust the shooting angle and distance
4. Place the circuit board on the table board
5. Thermal imagery detection by software
6. Analyze temperature data to locate fault points
7. Turn off the power after use (shutdown for 3 seconds)

• Operating temperature range -10 ℃~ 55 ℃
• Operating humidity should be less than 95%
• It is recommended to use the Windows 10 system, and Windows 7 is also compatible
• The computer needs to be equipped with more than 3 processors and more than 4G memory
