Overview
This product is AISRY brand ASR-5602C model three-station electric roller testing machine, dedicated to the preparation of adhesive tape Peel Strength, Tack and other test specimens. Its function is to stick the adhesive tape sample to the standard test substrate evenly and evenly at a fixed pressure and speed.
Features

Principle
The device is driven by a motor to make three rubber rollers of specific loads and specifications reciprocate and roll on the specimen at a constant speed (300mm/min). By applying a fixed and uniform pressure, it is ensured that the adhesive tape and the test substrate reach a standard, flat and firm gluing state. Standard specimens are prepared for subsequent Peel Strength or Tack tests.

Steps
1. Place the standard test substrate flat on the workbench.
2. Cut the adhesive tape sample according to the specified size.
3. Initial bonding of the adhesive tape sample to the test substrate.
4. Start the equipment so that the rollers can reciprocate the sample at a set speed.
5. After the rolling is completed, take out the prepared specimen for subsequent testing.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (1, AC220V) matches the local power grid.
• Ensure that the surface of the roller is clean without stains or residual colloids, so as not to affect the rolling effect.
• When placing the sample, ensure that it is flat to avoid bubbles or wrinkles.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items under the roller while the equipment is running.
• Regularly check whether the roller load meets the standard of 2000g +/- 5g, and calibrate if necessary.
When the device is not in use, please cut off the power supply.
