The M2030 portable food comprehensive analyzer is a multi-functional testing equipment under the SPECTRASTAR brand, which integrates a spectrophotometric detection module, a colloidal gold detection module and a data processing platform. The instrument can simultaneously detect most veterinary drug residues, pesticide residues, illegal additives, toxins and heavy metals in food (including agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, livestock and poultry products, etc.), and realize qualitative and quantitative analysis of food safety indicators.

Principle
The instrument works together through a spectrophotometric detection module and a colloidal gold detection module. The spectrophotometric module uses a solid-state cold light source and a high-Sensitivity silicon photodiode to detect pesticide residues, illegal additives, and food additives based on chemical color reaction. The colloidal gold module uses a high-resolution CMOS digital image Sensor, combined with biological color technology, to quickly detect veterinary drug residues, toxins, illegal additives and other indicators through still image acquisition.

Steps
1. Users can refer to the built-in operation video of the instrument for learning and operation.

5. Start the detection, and the instrument automatically completes the analysis.
