Overview
YOUKE YK-3658 (5J & 5.5J) Digital Suspension Simple Combined Impact Tester is a new type of multi-functional cantilever beam and simply supported beam integrated Impact Tester. It can automatically switch the cantilever beam and simply supported beam test methods by simply disassembling the fixture and sample holder. It has the characteristics of convenient use, simple operation and high test accuracy. It is mainly used for the determination of Impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as hard thermoplasticity molding and extrusion materials, hard thermosetting molding materials and fiber-reinforced thermosetting and thermal plasticity composites.

Principle
The test machine uses a pendulum impact sample, a High Accuracy digital encoder to measure the impact angle, and an intelligent controller automatically calculates the impact strength. The carbon fiber pendulum and aerodynamic impact hammer design ensure that the impact energy is concentrated and the friction loss is small, achieving accurate and stable impact testing.

Steps
1. Select the cantilever beam or simply supported beam mode according to the test requirements, and remove the corresponding fixture and sample holder
2. Install the specimen and fix it
3. Set test parameters, select units and Chinese and English interfaces
4. Start Test, Pendulum Impact Sample
5. The intelligent controller automatically calculates and displays the results
6. Save data or print via built-in printer
