Overview
PINGXUAN PXWSN-265B Ushi Viscometer is a test instrument that meets the requirements of the industry standard SY/T 5651 of the People's Republic of China. It is specially designed to implement the provisions of the national standard GB/T 265 for measuring the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products with Newtonian liquid properties at constant temperature. Principle
The instrument uses electric heating and an electric stirring system to make the rigid Glass thermostatic bath reach and precisely maintain the set temperature. According to GB/T 265 standard, the liquid petroleum product to be tested is loaded into a Capillary Viscometer of a specific inner diameter, and the time required for a certain volume of liquid to flow through the capillary tubing is measured under thermostatic conditions to calculate its kinematic viscosity.

Steps
Prepare samples and select appropriate Capillary Viscometer according to standard GB/T 265.
2. Connect the instrument to the power supply and set the required constant temperature through the temperature controller.
3. Wait for the thermostatic bath to reach and stabilize at the set temperature.
4. Install the Capillary Viscometer with the sample on the holder of the thermostatic bath.
5. After the sample temperature is equilibrated with the bath temperature, the viscosity measurement operation is performed, and the time for the liquid to flow through the capillary tubing is measured.
6. According to the measured time and Capillary constant, calculate the kinematic viscosity of the sample.
Notice
• Power Supply is AC (220 +/- 10%) V, 50Hz, please make sure the voltage is within the allowable range.
• The instrument should work in an environment with room temperature~ 35 ° C and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
• Make sure the Capillary Viscometer is clean, drying and undamaged before use.
• Do not touch the bathtub during heating and thermostatic to prevent burns.
• When operating, ensure that the sample is a Newtonian liquid.
The instrument can simultaneously test two samples.
• Do not cover or block the heat dissipation hole while the instrument is working.
• Regularly check whether the stirring motor is running normally to ensure that the bath temperature is uniform.
