PINGXUAN PXWS-2000 Karl Fischer Moisture Analyzer is a fully automatic micro-Moisture Analyzer using Karl Fischer Coulomb titration principle. It has the advantages of high Measurement accuracy, good Repeatability, low test cost, built-in large-capacity memory can store 200 test records, and has Reagent failure detection and reminder functions. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, scientific research and other fields.

Principle
The PXWS2000 fully automatic micro-Moisture Analyzer uses the Karl-Fischer Coulometry principle for measurement. The instrument performs constant current polarization detection through double platinum Electrode, uses automatic Pulse current electrolysis, detects and automatically deducts blank current in real time, and finally calculates the Moisture content in the sample according to the power consumed by the electrolysis.

Steps
1. According to the sample analysis requirements, the electrolysis speed can be freely set.
2. Perform the injection operation with the right hand.
3. Press the button with your left thumb, and the instrument will automatically complete all the test analysis.
4. After the test, the instrument automatically deducts the blank current value, displays and prints the actual Moisture content report in the sample.
Notice
* Environmental humidity will affect the Reagent state in Electrochemical cells, although the instrument can automatically deduct the blank current, but still need to pay attention to environmental conditions.
* It is necessary to pay attention to the consumption of the Reagent. The instrument has the function of reminding the Reagent of failure. When the data measured after the Reagent fails, it is meaningless and should be replaced in time.
* After the user replaces the new Reagent, they need to enter the Reagent Life menu to set the preset value so that the instrument can monitor the Reagent consumption.
* If the instrument prompts Electrode to have a short circuit, open circuit, etc., it should be checked and processed according to the prompts.
* The stirring speed can be adjusted steplessly by the speed potentiometer behind the operation panel.
* Power supply voltage of the instrument is AC 220V +/- 10%, 50HZ +/- 5%, to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
