Overview
PINGXUAN PXWS-3 Karl Fischer Moisture Analyzer is a micro moisture analyzer using the Titrimetric method of Karl electricity. The instrument has a large-screen LCD display and a user-friendly menu design, and the operation is simple. The program has included the operation flow of relevant national standards (such as GB7600-87), which can realize one-click automatic completion of test analysis.

Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of the Titrimetric method (Coulometry). Iodine is produced by electrolysis, and the iodine reacts with the moisture in the sample in a Basis Weight chemical reaction. The instrument accurately calculates the Moisture content in the sample according to Faraday's law by measuring the electricity consumed during the electrolysis process.

Steps
1. Boot: Install the Electrochemical cell, insert the measurement Electrode and electrolysis Electrode into the corresponding socket, turn on the power switch, and the instrument automatically enters the main menu.
2. Set parameters: Press the "Settings" key to enter the settings menu, use the arrow keys to move the cursor to select items, and press the "Confirm" key to enter the submenu for parameter setting (Note: "electrolysis settings" are important parameters, please do not change them at will). After the setting is completed, press the "Confirm" key to save and return, and press the "Return" key to exit step by step without saving the data.
3. Sample measurement: Press the "Stir" button to start stirring. If the stirrer does not turn, the speed control knob of the panel can be adjusted. Then open the "electrolysis" button. If the measurement voltage value is > 100, the instrument shows "The electrolysis liquid is initially equilibrating, please wait...". After equilibrating, the alarm prompts "The electrolysis liquid has been equilibrated, please press the start button to inject the sample". Press the "Start" button to inject the sample, and the instrument will automatically test. After the end, the buzzer will sound, showing "The test has ended".
Notice
* When setting parameters, pressing the "Confirm" key to confirm the return will save the data, and pressing the "Return" key directly will not save the data.
* "Electrolysis setting" is an important parameter of the system, do not change it at will.
* In the sample measurement procedure, if the measurement voltage < 20, the instrument will prompt "measurement Electrode short circuit!".
* If the measurement voltage is between 20 and 80, the instrument will prompt "excessive iodine in electrolysis solution!", at this time, an appropriate amount of pure water can be injected to neutralize the excess iodine, and the error message will be automatically eliminated.
* If the measurement voltage is > 6000, the instrument will prompt "measurement Electrode open circuit!".
