Overview
AISRY ASR-9011 Battery Heavy Impact Tester is mainly used to simulate the deformation and possible explosion of various batteries under the impact of heavy objects to meet the relevant safety testing requirements.
Features
1. Simulate the test environment where the battery is subjected to heavy objects.
2. Impact height can be adjusted to meet different standard requirements.
3. Equipped with a specific diameter crossbar to ensure accurate impact points.
4. Automate the operation process to improve test efficiency and conformity.
Principle
The battery sample is placed on the platen, and a steel rod with a diameter of 15.8mm is placed horizontally in the center of the sample. Then, a weight of 9.1kg or 10kg is freely dropped from a preset height (e.g. 610mm or 1000mm) onto the steel rod to apply an Impact force to the battery and observe its reaction.
Applications
Safety performance testing of various types of batteries
Standards
GB/T18287-2000、UL1642、QC/T743-2006
Steps
1. Power supply voltage is 220V, turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
2. Set the desired Impact height and press the "Up" button to raise the weight to the set height.
3. Before opening the box door, put down the drop hammer.
4. Place the tested battery in the center of the pressure plate, place the crossbar in the center of the battery and clamp it, and close the box door.
5. Press the "Impact" button, the weight falls freely, and complete a test.
Notice
The test specimen should be a non-deformed or intact specimen.
Before opening the box door, the drop hammer must be lowered to prevent safety accidents.
During the test, do not open the box door.
* When changing the test height, reset it directly on the displacement display table.
The cylindrical or prismatic battery should be placed in the specified orientation, and each sample should only withstand one impact.
* Keep the testing machine clean, regularly lubricate and rust-proof the moving parts and weight.
Do not disassemble and install electrical appliances with electricity, and the equipment shell should be reliably grounded.
* Avoid intermittent operations and operate them as quickly as possible.
* When it is out of use for a long time, it should be coated with anti-rust oil on the working surface and stored in the drying place.
