The instrument adopts a piezoelectric Sensor, and the stylus of the Sensor moves in a uniform straight line along the measured surface under the drive of the drive device. The up and down displacement of the stylus is converted into an electrical signal through the piezoelectric element. After amplification and filtering, the signal is digitalized and calculated by the high-speed DSP chip, and finally the selected asperity parameters (such as Ra, Rz, etc.) are displayed on the OLED display screen.

1. Select the appropriate cutoff wavelength (0.25mm, 0.80mm, or 2.50mm) according to the measured surface. 2. Place the instrument measurement head smoothly on the measured surface to ensure that the guide head is in good contact with the surface. 3. Start the measurement, and the Sensor stylus will automatically move along the surface to complete the sampling. 4. After the measurement Travel, the instrument calculates and displays the measurement result (such as Ra value) within about 2 seconds. 5. Miscellaneous parameters (Rz, Rq, Rt) can be viewed by switching between instrument buttons. 6. After the measurement is completed, move the instrument away from the measured surface.
