The instrument uses a displacement differential Inductance Sensor for measurement. The sensor stylus (natural diamond, 90 ° cone angle) glides along the measured surface under the action of the force measurement (< 4mN), and is guided by the guide (carbide). The Sensor converts the vertical displacement of the stylus into an electrical signal, and performs data collection, filtering (supports RC, PC-RC, Gauss, D-P and other filters) and processing through the ARM + DSP chip inside the instrument. Finally, various asperity parameters are calculated according to the set sampling length (0.25lr, 0.8lr, 2.5lr) and evaluation length, and the results and contour graphics are displayed on the display.
