Overview
KESIONOTS KS-HD80LA low/high temperature test chamber, also known as Environmental Test Chamber, is suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is used for parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products under high temperature and low temperature (alternating) cycle change conditions for performance inspection, serving product design, improvement, identification and inspection.

Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber realizes precise temperature control in a closed box through a refrigeration system (Air-Cooled/Water-Cooled Compressor) and a heating system. The Control system drives the refrigeration or heating elements according to the setting program, so that the air in the box circulates between the set high temperature and low temperature to simulate the working state of the product in an extreme temperature environment, so as to inspect its performance and Reliability.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect it to the required power supply (220V or 380V).
2. Open the box door and place the sample to be tested on the Shelf in the box to ensure that the air duct is not blocked.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature program (high temperature value, low temperature value, change rate, holding time, etc.) through the controller (TEMI or OYO).
4. Start the device and run the test program.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the viewing window.
6. After the test is completed, the device stops automatically or manually, and then opens the box door to remove the sample after the temperature in the box approaches room temperature.
Notice
• Equipment should be reliably grounded and ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (220VAC +/- 10% or 380VAC +/- 10%).
• When placing the sample, ensure that the air circulation in the box is smooth, and there should be a gap between the samples.
• It is forbidden to test flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion substances.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the box door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature stability and equipment life.
• If you need to open the door at low temperatures, be sure to wear antifreeze gloves to prevent frostbite.
• Regularly check whether the protective devices of the equipment (e.g. fuses, switches) are working properly.
When the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be powered on regularly to maintain system performance.
