Overview
KESIONOTS KS-HD150LA low/high temperature test chamber is an environmental test equipment for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. It is suitable for high temperature, low temperature (alternating) cyclic change conditions of parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automotive and motorcycle, aerospace, marine weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products for performance testing, for product design, improvement, identification and inspection.
Features
1. Temperature range is wide, up to -70 ℃ to 150 ℃.
2. Temperature control accuracy is high, Fluctuation is small (+/- 0.5 ℃), Uniformity is good (+/- 1 ℃).
3. Using high-quality materials, the outer box is high-grade cold-rolled sheet paint, and the inner box is stainless steel.
4. Equipped with a variety of protection devices, such as no fuse switch, Compressor overload protection, over-temperature protection, etc., safe operation.
5. The controller system can be selected from the Korean "TEMI" or Japanese "OYO" brand, and the Compressor can be selected from "Taikang" or German BITZER (optional).
6. Provide standard accessories, such as viewing windows, test holes, box lights, Shelf, etc.
Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber creates and precisely controls the test environment from low temperature to high temperature in a closed box through a refrigeration system (such as Air-Cooled/Water-Cooled Compressor) and a heating system. The controller system adjusts the cooling and Heating power according to the set program, so that the temperature in the box changes at a preset rate and range to simulate the working state of the product under extreme temperature conditions.
Applications
Electronics and electricians, automobiles and motorcycles, aerospace, ships and weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions
Standards
GB2423.1、GB2423.2、GJB150.3、GJB150.4、IEC、MIL
Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested on the Shelf in the box.
2. Temperature range, change rate and test time are set by the controller.
3. Close the box door, start the equipment, start the test chamber and control the internal temperature.
4. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the viewing window.
5. After the test, the equipment stops running according to the program, samples are taken out, and the results are analyzed.
Notice
• Device power supply needs to match, you can choose 220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz.
Equipment should be used in a well-ventilated environment to ensure the normal operation of the chilled down system.
• Do not frequently open and close the box door when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the temperature Stability and test results.
When placing the sample, ensure that the air duct is not blocked to ensure uniform temperature in the box.
• Regularly check whether the protective devices of the equipment (e.g. fuses, fault warnings) are normal.
• When performing low temperature tests (e.g. -40 ° C to -70 ° C), ensure that a dual-stage Compressor and corresponding Cooling mode (Wind, Water-Cooled) are equipped.
