Principle
The Flame photometer uses silicon Photocell, photovoltaic cell detection technology, ignites liquefied petroleum gas fuel through a button-type automatic ignition system, uses flame to excite the metal elements in the sample to generate characteristic Light spectrum, and realizes the quantitative analysis of five elements of potassium, sodium, lithium, calcium and barium through photoelectric conversion and digital processing.
Steps
1. Prepare samples and LPG fuel
2. Power on the instrument
3. Press the automatic ignition button to ignite.
4. Wait for the instrument to stabilize and start the measurement
5. Read the measurement results on the dual-channel LED display
6. Turn off the instrument according to the prescribed procedure after completing the measurement
