Overview
CHENCHI NPD-D bursting resistance tester is mainly suitable for the determination of various Cardboard and single-layer and multi-layer Corrugated Board, and can also be used for the determination of bursting strength of silk, cotton and other non-paper materials. This instrument is easy to operate, reliable performance and excellent technology. It is an indispensable professional equipment for R & D institutions, paper mills, Encasement industries and Quality control departments.
Features
1. The whole machine design is simple and compact, with small size and light weight
2. Adopting synchronous motor drive, the transmission is smooth and accurate, making the output pressure more accurate
3. Equipped with a printer to ensure that the experimental data is free from human interference as much as possible
4. Using a single-chip microcomputer as the core measurement and control means, the instrument has various parameter testing, memory, printing and other functions
5. LCD display, automatic reset, easy to operate, easy to adjust, stable performance, excellent technology
Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the sample through the hydraulic system, and records the maximum pressure value when the sample breaks, so as to determine the bursting strength of the material.
Applications
R & D institutions, paper mills, Encasement industries, Quality control departments
Standards
ISO2759、ISO2758、GB/T1539、GB454、QB/T1057
Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and place it in the clamping ring
2. Start the instrument and the hydraulic system starts to pressurize
3. Observe the liquid crystal display and record the pressure value when the sample breaks
4. The instrument is automatically reset for the next test
5. Use the printer to output test data
Notice
• Ensure that the specimen is placed flat in the clamping ring
• Regularly check the sealing of the hydraulic system
• Measurement range and parameters for different material types
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid dust entering
• Check whether the power connection is safe before operation
