Overview
CHENCHI NPD-2D automatic bursting resistance tester is an electronic paper Cardboard Burst resistance tester developed and produced according to the international common Mullen method. Its performance parameters and technical indicators comply with ISO2759, GB1539, ISO2758 and GB454 standards and requirements, suitable for bursting strength testing of various types of paper and Cardboard, and can also be used for bursting resistance testing of non-paper sheet materials such as silk, cotton, leather, etc. The instrument is easy to operate, reliable performance and excellent technology. It is an indispensable professional equipment for R & D institutions, paper mills, Encasement industries and Quality control departments.
Features
1. Adopt seven-inch color LCD display
2. Friendly menu-style human-machine interface, easy to operate
3. With power failure protection test data function
4. Optional configuration Rs232 computer communication interface
5. Modular integrated thermal printer with complete and detailed test data reports
Principle
The instrument is based on the international universal Mullen method, which clamps the sample by pneumatic chuck, applies pressure to the hydraulic system, and measures the burst resistance of the material under pressure. When the film bulge reaches the specified height, the system records the pressure value at this time as the burst resistance index.
Applications
R & D institutions, paper mills, Encasement industries, Quality control departments
Standards
ISO2759、GB1539、ISO2758、GB454
Steps
1. Connect the power cord and turn it on.
2. Install the film and add glycerin
3. Place the sample between the chucks
4. Set clamping force parameters
5. Start the test program
Step 6 Read the test results
7. Use the printer to output data reports
Notice
• Ensure that the working environment temperature is within the range of 10~ 30 ° C
• environment humidity does not exceed 85%
• The worktable needs to be stable and the table surface is flat without vibration
• Regularly check the sealing of the hydraulic system
• Confirm that the film resistance range meets the requirements before use
• Pay attention to the accuracy of the aperture size of the upper and lower clamping rings
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid dust entering
