Overview
CHENCHI ZCA-1 dust degree tester is suitable for the determination of paper or Cardboard dust degree, and is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 1541 "Paper and Cardboard dust degree determination method".
Features
1. Swirl/spin table axis inlaid bearing swirl/spin, to ensure the swirl/spin Stability.
2. The swirl/spin countertop adopts milky white organic Glass panel to ensure the smoothness and flatness of the countertop.
3. The light angle can be adjusted, and the support rod is made of chrome-plated metal hose, which can be shaped at any angle.
Principle
The sample is placed on a swirl/spin table, and the dust visible to the naked eye on the sample surface is observed under fluorescent lamp irradiation, and the dust area is identified by standard dust degree pictures.

Steps
1. sampling: cut more than 4 250mm × 250mm samples
2. Observation: put the sample on the swirl/spin table, turn on the fluorescent lamp to check the dust, keep the line of sight 250~ 300mm, and mark different areas of dust
3. Comparison: swirl/spin table 90 °, identify the dust area size with standard dust degree pictures, and mark the newly discovered dust until returning to the original position
Notice
• When observing, the eye line of sight should be kept at 250~ 300mm
• Check the swirl/spin table gradually when swirling/spinning 90 °
• Standard dust pictures need to be used for comparison and identification
