Principle
The instrument detects the film thickness of the sample through the High Accuracy Displacement Sensor, and adopts the mechatronics design to realize the automatic measurement. The measurement head touches the sample surface under the set pressure, and the Sensor precisely collects the Film thickness data, which is converted by the internal processing system and displayed on the 7-inch touch screen. Data can be stored and printed out.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply
2. Set measurement parameters through 7-inch touch screen
3. Place the sample on the measurement platform
4. Start the automatic measurement program
5. View the screen display measurement results
6. Select Data Storage or Printout
7. Turn off the power after completing the test
Notice
• Power supply voltage must be kept within the range of AC220V +/- 10%
• Make sure the sample is placed flat before measurement
• Regularly check the parallelism of the measurement surface ≤ 0.002mm
• Select the correct contact area and pressure according to the sample type
• The instrument weight is about 25kg, pay attention to safety when handling
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid dust affecting Measurement accuracy
