Overview
KESIONOTS KS-HD80LC low/high temperature test chamber, also known as Environmental Test Chamber, is suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is used for parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products under high temperature and low temperature (alternating) cyclic change conditions for performance testing, inspection of its performance indicators, serving product design, improvement, identification and inspection.
Features
1. Temperature range is wide, up to -40 ℃ to 150 ℃.
2. Temperature control accuracy, analytical accuracy of +/- 0.1 ℃, control accuracy +/- 1 ℃.
3. The box is made of excellent material, the outer box is made of high-grade cold-rolled sheet paint, and the inner box is stainless steel.
4. Equipped with a variety of protection devices, such as no fuse switch, Compressor overload protection, refrigerant high voltage protection, over temperature protection, etc.
5. Optional well-known brand controllers (such as Korean "TEMI" or Japanese "OYO") and Compressors (such as "Taikang" or German Bitzer).
6. Standard configuration includes practical accessories such as viewing window, test hole, box light, Shelf, etc.
Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber creates and precisely controls the required high or low temperature environment in a closed box through a refrigeration system (such as an Air-Cooled/Water-Cooled Compressor) and a heating system. The controller system adjusts the cooling and heating Power according to the set program, so that the temperature in the box changes according to the preset rate and range to simulate the extreme temperature conditions that the product may encounter in actual use or storage, so as to test its tolerance and Reliability.
Applications
Electronics and electricians, automobiles and motorcycles, aerospace, ships and weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions
Standards
GB2423.1、GB2423.2、GJB150.3、GJB150.4、IEC、MIL
Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested correctly on the Shelf in the box.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
3. Set the required temperature program (including temperature value, rate of change, holding time, etc.) through the controller.
4. Start the equipment, the test chamber starts to run, and the temperature is raised and cooled according to the set program.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the viewing window.
6. After the test, the equipment stops automatically or according to the program, and the sample is taken out after the temperature in the box returns to a safe range.
Notice
* Device power supply needs to match, you can choose 220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz.
* The placement environment should be well ventilated to ensure normal heat dissipation.
Sample placement should not block the air duct, and the total load should be within the allowable range of the equipment.
Check whether each protective device is normal and effective before the test.
After the low temperature test, if you need to open the door, you should take care to prevent frostbite and condensation.
* Regular equipment maintenance to ensure the normal operation of key components such as Compressors.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the internal components of the equipment.
