Overview
KESIONOTS KS-HD800LC low/high temperature test chamber is an environmental test equipment for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. It is suitable for high temperature, low temperature (alternating) cyclic change conditions of parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automotive and motorcycle, aerospace, marine weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products for performance testing, for product design, improvement, identification and inspection.

Principle
The test chamber creates and precisely controls the test environment from low temperature to high temperature in a closed box through the refrigeration system (Air-Cooled or Water-Cooled Compressor) and heating system. The controller adjusts the output of refrigeration and heating according to the setting program, so that the temperature in the box changes within the set range of domestic circulation to simulate the high and low temperature environmental conditions that the product may encounter in actual use, so as to inspect its performance indicators.

Steps
Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect it to the required power supply (220VAC +/- 10% or 380VAC +/- 10%).
2. Open the box door and place the sample to be tested on the Shelf in the box to ensure that the air circulation is not affected.
3. Close the box door and set the required Temperature range, time and other test procedures through the controller (TEMI or OYO).
4. Start the equipment, the test chamber starts running, and the cooling or heating system works to reach the set temperature.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the viewing window.
6. After the test is completed, the equipment stops running according to the program. After the temperature in the box approaches room temperature, open the door to remove the sample.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated location without direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
* Power supply voltage is consistent with equipment requirements (220V or 380V) and is reliably grounded.
When placing samples, the total volume should not exceed 2/3 of the volume of the studio, and the air duct should not be blocked.
* Special protective measures should be taken when testing flammable, explosive, volatile or corrosion substances.
* During the operation of the equipment, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature stability and Compressor life.
* Regularly check the chilling down system (such as Water-Cooled type, to ensure that the chilling down water supply is normal) and Safety protection device is effective.
After the low temperature test, if you need to open the door, be sure to wait for the temperature in the box to rise to close to room temperature to prevent condensation or frostbite.
