KESIONOTS KS-HD1000LD low/high temperature test chamber, also known as Environmental Test Chamber, is suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is used for electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products. Components and materials are tested under high temperature and low temperature (alternating) cyclic change conditions to inspect their performance indicators, serving product design, improvement, identification and inspection, such as aging test.
1. High Accuracy Temperature Control system, temperature analysis accuracy of +/- 0.1 ℃, control accuracy of +/- 1 ℃. 2. The box structure is sturdy, the outer box is made of high-grade cold-rolled sheet paint, and the inner box is made of stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean. 3. Equipped with an efficient refrigeration system, Air-Cooled/single-stage Compressor or wind, Water-Cooled/double-stage Compressor can be selected according to the Temperature range. 4. Built-in multiple Safety protection devices, including no fuse switch, Compressor overload protection, refrigerant high voltage protection, over temperature protection, etc. 5. Provide standard accessories, such as viewing windows, test holes, box lights, Shelf, etc., for easy observation and operation. 6. Optional well-known brand controllers (such as Korean "TEMI" or Japanese "OYO") and Compressors (such as "Taikang" or German Bitzer) to meet different needs.
The low/high temperature test chamber simulates and precisely controls the required temperature environment in a closed box working room through the built-in heating system, refrigeration system and circulating air duct. The Control system drives the heater to heat up or the Compressor and refrigeration circuit to cool down according to the setting program, and monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Sensor to ensure that the temperature in the box is evenly and stably reached and maintained at the set value to complete the high temperature, low temperature or alternating temperature test of the test sample.

Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect to the required power supply (220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz). 2. Open the box door and place the sample to be tested on the shelf in the box to ensure that the internal air circulation is not affected. 3. Close the door and set the required temperature test program through the controller (e.g. TEMI or OYO brand), including parameters such as target temperature, heating/cooling rate, and holding time. 4. Start the equipment, the test chamber will automatically run according to the set program, and perform heating, cooling or alternating cycles. 5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the viewing window, and if necessary, an external test line can be connected through the test hole. 6. After the test is completed, the equipment stops running according to the program. After the temperature in the box returns to close to the Ambient Temperature, the box door can be opened to remove the sample. 7. Power off the equipment and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance.
Equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated, non-direct sunlight, away from heat sources and flammable and explosive materials environment. • Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (220V or 380V) and is reliably grounded. • When placing the sample, the total volume should not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the studio, and the trend and back trend should not be blocked. • Do not open the box door frequently during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect the Temperature Stability and test results. • After the low temperature test, if you need to open the box door, be sure to be careful of condensation or frost. It is recommended to let the temperature in the box rise to close to room temperature first. • Regularly check whether the protective devices of the equipment (such as fuses, overload protection switches, etc.) are working properly. • Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair equipment, especially refrigeration systems and electrical components. • When not in use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off, and the inside of the box should be cleaned and kept drying.
