Principle
Through the CHENCHI controller, the system controls the servo motor to rotate through the speed control system, and after deceleration by the deceleration system, the tensile mechanical properties of the sample are completed by the rise and fall of the precision screw pair with the beam.

Steps
1. Turn on the 220V 50Hz power supply and turn on the device
2. Set test parameters through a five-inch color LCD touch screen
3. Install the specimen and adjust the beam position
4. Select the test speed (1~ 500mm/min range)
5. Start the test, and the system automatically controls the beam movement
6. Observe the test force, displacement, peak value and other data displayed on the LCD screen
7. After the test is completed, the device automatically stops and saves the data
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply is 220V 50Hz to avoid voltage instability
• Check whether the overload protection, leakage protection and limit protection functions are normal before operation
• The specimen should be firmly installed to prevent peeling during the test
• Do not exceed the maximum test force range of 200N
