Principle
The system controls the rotation of the servo motor through the CHENCHI controller. After the speed control system and the deceleration system decelerate, the beam is driven up and down through the precision screw pair to complete the tensile mechanical properties test of the sample. The process realizes no pollution, low noise and high efficiency test operation.

Steps
1. Connect a 220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set test parameters through a five-inch color LCD touch screen
3. Install the specimen to the test location
4. Select the desired test mode (tensile strength, 180 ° Peel Strength or seal strength)
5. Start the device for testing
6. Monitor the real-time display of test force, displacement, peak value and other data
7. Save the data and turn off the device after the test is completed
