2. Open structure, simple and convenient operation, stable and reliable performance and high accuracy.
3. Fully automated testing, intelligent judgment function.
4. Statistics, print test results, and save test data.
5. Chinese graphical menu display operation interface, high-speed micro printer.
6. Modern design concept of opto-mechatronics, compact structure, beautiful appearance and convenient maintenance.
Principle
The instrument repeatedly folds the sample at a constant speed by applying specific spring tension and folding angle to determine its folding fatigue strength.
Applications
Paper, Cardboard, Miscellaneous Sheet Material
Standards
GB/T 2679.5、GB/T 457、QB/T 1049、ISO 5626
Steps
Prepare samples with Film thickness below 1.25mm.
2. Set the spring tension within the range of 4.9 to 14.7N.
3. Adjust the folding angle to 135 ° +/- 2 °.
4. Start the instrument and perform the folding test at 175 +/- 10cpm.
5. The instrument automatically counts the number of folds, ranging from 1 to 99999 times.
6. After the test is completed, view, save, or print the results through the Chinese graphic menu.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz.
• Check whether the gap distance of the folding mouth is 0.50mm before use.
• Maintain instruments regularly to ensure stable performance.
• Special specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.
