TC-NZ135A MIT Folding tester is a touch screen folding tester produced by Taichang Instruments. It is used to determine the folding fatigue strength of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous sheet materials with film thickness below 1.25mm. The main technical indicators and performance parameters of the instrument comply with relevant national standards.

Principle
The instrument repeatedly folded the sample by applying a folding angle of 135 ° +/- 2 ° and a folding speed of 175 +/- 10 cpm, combined with a spring tension of 4.9~ 14.7N, to determine its folding fatigue strength.

Steps
Prepare the sample and ensure that the Film thickness is below 1.25mm.
Set the folding angle to 135 ° +/- 2 ° and the folding speed to 175 +/- 10 cpm.
3. Adjust the spring tension to the range of 4.9 to 14.7N.
4. Use the 1.00mm folding opening seam distance for testing.
5. Start the fully automatic test, and the instrument intelligently judges and records the number of folds.
6. After the test is completed, count, print the results, and save the data.

• Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz.
• The gap distance of the folding mouth is 1.00mm for random equipment, 1.25mm specifications are optional, and Miscellaneous special specifications can be customized.
• Dimension of the instrument is 305 * 380 * 420mm, weight about 22kg, need to be properly placed.
