Principle
The ultrasonic generator is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer software to generate high-frequency vibration at a frequency of 25Khz or 45Khz, and the cavitation effect is used to remove surface stains. At the same time, it can be heated to a set temperature to enhance the cleaning effect.
Applications
Laboratory, Industrial cleaning, Precision parts cleaning, medical apparatus cleaning, electronic components cleaning
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
Select the desired ultrasound frequency (25Khz or 45Khz).
3. Set the cleaning time (1-600 minutes)
4. Temperature range (room temperature to 80 ℃)
5. Put in the items to be cleaned and the cleaning liquid.
6. Start the cleaning program and observe the countdown display
7. Take out the items and drain them after cleaning.
Notice
• Power supply voltage matching before use
• The cleaning liquid shall not exceed the capacity of the inner tank
• Avoid starting heating in an anhydrous state
• Regularly clean stainless steel inner tank and net blue
• Do not touch high temperature parts during operation
Automatic memory of parameters after power failure, no need for repeability setting
