Overview
The JW-RF330S digital heat sealing instrument is used for the heat sealing performance test of Encasement bags. The heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, heat sealing pressure and other parameters of Plastic film substrate, Soft Encasement composite film, aluminum foil, Spreader paper and other heat sealing composite films are determined by hot pressing sealing method. Through standardized design and standardized operation, accurate heat sealing test indicators can be obtained, which can then guide large-scale industrial production.

Principle
The JW-RF330S heat sealing instrument adopts the hot-pressing sealing method, and the sample to be sealed is placed between the upper and lower heat-sealing heads, and the sample is sealed under the preset temperature, pressure and time.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be sealed between the upper and lower heat seals
2. Set the required temperature, pressure and time parameters
3. Start the test by manual or pedal mode
4. Complete the sealing process under preset parameters
Notice
• The air source pressure needs to be kept within the range of 0.5MPa~ 0.7MPa, and the air source needs to be provided by the user
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded before use, Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz
• Pay attention to the high temperature of the heating head during operation to avoid burns
• Regularly check the status of the insulation board to ensure the insulation effect
