Principle
The automatic Film Applicator uses a slot-die extrusion feeding system to uniformly Spreader the material on the substrate, and uses an adjustable Film thickness scraper or wire rod to control the Spreader Film thickness. The equipment is equipped with an automatic feeding system, which precisely controls the feeding speed through a stainless steel injection syringe. The Spreader platform uses vacuum adsorption to fix the substrate to ensure the stability of the Spreader process. The heating system can heat the Spreader countertop, barrel and cutter head to maintain the appropriate temperature of the material and achieve uniform Spreader.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader platform, start the vacuum adsorption system to fix the substrate
2. Select the Spreader method (wire rod or scraper) according to your needs and install the corresponding accessories
3. Set Spreader parameters including Spreader rate, Film thickness and heating temperature
4. Load the material into the feeding system and adjust the feeding speed
5. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
6. Turn off the device after the Spreader is completed, and clean the Spreader platform and accessories.
