Principle
Driven by a high-performance intermediate frequency variable frequency motor, the device drives the dispersion disc or sand disc to swirl/spin at high speed to cut, disperse and grind the material. The CPU variable frequency Control system can precisely adjust the Rotation speed for intelligent control. The closed design helps to reduce the volatilization and splashing of the material during operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc or sand disc according to the material characteristics and install it.
2. Place the material in a suitable container.
3. Travel the equipment to the appropriate height.
4. Rotation speed is set by CPU variable frequency digital display controller.
5. Start the device for dispersed, ground or mixed operation.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the working head for cleaning.

• This equipment is suitable for working conditions with material viscosity ≤ 50000cps and Processing capacity 0.2-5 L.
• The equipment is specially designed for flammable and explosive materials. Please confirm that all explosion-proof components (motors, electronic control boxes, cables, plugs and sockets) are in good condition and qualified before use.
• Please ensure that the working environment meets safety regulations when operating.
Processing capacity: Choose the appropriate size dispersion disc (standard 50/60mm, optional 30, 80, 100mm) or grinding head (45/60mm).
• The speed range of the equipment is 0-3000rpm, please set it reasonably according to the process requirements.
