Principle
The equipment drives the high-speed swirl/spin of the working head (such as dispersion disc or sand disc) through a high-performance intermediate frequency inverter motor to shear, Impact and rub the material, so as to realize the dispersion, mixing and grinding of the material. Its CPU inverter Control system can precisely adjust the Rotation speed to adapt to different viscosity and processing capacity material requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc or sand disc according to the material characteristics and install it on the working head.
2. Place the material container in the appropriate position of the labjack, adjust the lift Travel to the working head to immerse in the material.
3. Connect the power supply to ensure that the explosion-proof plug and socket are properly connected.
4. Set the required Rotation speed (within the range of 0-3000rpm) through the CPU variable frequency digital display controller.
5. Start the equipment and start the dispersion, grinding or mixing operation.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply and remove the working head for cleaning.

• This equipment is fully explosion-proof design, suitable for flammable and explosive materials. Please ensure that all explosion-proof components (motor, electronic control box, cable, plug and socket) are in good condition and have effective explosion-proof qualifications before use.
• Please ensure that the viscosity of the material does not exceed 50000cps, and the Processing capacity is within the range of 0.2-5 L to ensure the normal operation and effect of the equipment.
• Please use Closed Operating Mode to reduce volatilization and splash and protect the operator and the environment.
• Travel of the equipment is 230mm, please adjust it reasonably according to the depth of the container to avoid collision between the working head and the container.
