Overview
The TR 1008/8 ISO Cup is an ISO standard viscosity cup from the TRUIT brand. It is designed according to GB/T 6753.4 and ISO 2431 standards and is used to measure the viscosity of Newtonian or near-Newtonian liquids such as inks, Coatings, paints, etc. The product calculates the viscosity value by measuring the time it takes for the 108ml liquid in the cup to flow out of the bottom 8mm aperture. Measurement range is 600~ 2000cst.

Principle
The ISO standard viscosity cup evaluates viscosity by measuring the time it takes for the liquid to flow out of the cup. After the liquid is injected into the cup, open the outlet and record the time it takes for the liquid to flow out of the cup. The flow time is converted to a viscosity value according to the ISO standard formula. Cups with different aperture sizes correspond to different viscosity measurement ranges.

Steps
Inject liquid into ISO cup to 108ml scale line
Step 2 Open the bottom outlet
3. Record the time required for the liquid to completely flow out
4. Calculate viscosity value according to measurement time and standard formula
