The TR 3001/100/30 Single Sided Applicator is a flat film applicator under the TRUIT brand for precise control of wet-film or dry-film thickness. The effective Spreader width of this product is 100mm, the total length is 130mm, and it is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel. The wet film thickness is 30μm. It is suitable for preparing uniform film coatings in Coatings, Polymer Materials, Adhesive, inks and other fields to detect performance. It supports manual film or use with automatic Film Applicator, and can be customized.

Principle
Single-sided Applicator uses its fixed Film thickness Spreader structure to evenly scrape the Coating or Miscellaneous liquid material on the substrate to form a wet-film of the specified Film thickness. During the Spreader process, Applicator's alloy steel edge controls the Coating thickness to ensure the conformity of each Spreader, thus providing a reliable sample for quality control and performance testing.

Steps
1. Prepare the Substrate and Coating Material to be Spreader.
2. Place the single-sided Applicator at the starting position of the substrate.
3. Manually or use the Automatic Film Applicator to push the Applicator evenly for Spreader.
4. After completing the Spreader, remove the Applicator and check the coating uniformity.
5. Clean Applicator for next use.
